Registration Categories & Fees

All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.

* Nurse/Trainee (Anyone enrolled in school or post-doctoral training including laboratory post-doctoral scientist and clinical fellowship): an ID or an official letter of the institution (PDF format), originally stamped and signed by the head of the department confirming this status must be uploaded during the registration process. 

* Emerging Countries Rate applies to individuals (no group registrations) from low- and lower-middle-income countries as listed by the World Bank on the World Bank website.

**Please note that the organizers have the right to change the registration categories of individuals if the criteria is not met.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the meeting includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the posters’ area
• Access to the exhibition area
• Meeting materials (Name badge, final program book, etc…)
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks & light refreshments as per the meeting program
• Welcome Reception

Letter of Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation of Registration

Once payment is received your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline of February 27, 2025, up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.-USD deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after February 28, 2025, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the meeting Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. İlayda Damar (idamar@kenes.com)

Payment Terms
The official currency of the Meeting is Dollar.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.

Credit Card Payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. 

Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

Bank Transfer Payment:
Bank account details for ANR 2025 Meeting are indicated below.

Participants preferring bank transfer payment are required to send the proof of payment to the Meeting Organizing Secretariat.

*Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee including the bank transfer charges. If the payment received by the organizing secretariat is less than the registration fee, the participants will be charged for the missing amount.

**Please indicate the name of the participants & invoice number or the registration ID number on the statement
