Posters at the ANR 2025 meeting will be presented as physical posters on poster boards.
Authors will be assigned to present their work in one of the 3 poster sessions:
- Poster Session Group A: Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 16:45 – 18:15,
- Poster Session Group B: Monday, May 26, 2025 at 16:40 – 18:10,
- Poster Session Group C: Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 12:35 – 14:05.
Poster viewing sessions are planned prior to each assigned sessions as follows:
- Poster Viewing Group A: Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 11:50 – 14:10,
- Poster Viewing Group B: Monday, May 26, 2025 at 12:05 – 14:05,
- Poster Viewing Group C: Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:15 – 12:15.
All poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster(s) during the formal poster sessions for any questions that might come from interested audience. Attendance for all or part of the viewing sessions timeframes is optional.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT A0 format: 1189 mm (46.8 inches) height and 841 mm (33.1 inches) width.
- All materials necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board are available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.
- Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
- The poster title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top of the poster.
- Please make sure your poster can be read easily from 2-meter distance.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.
- Posters should be displayed during the assigned days and times.
- All poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster at author presentation hours.
