As May arrives in Washington DC, the city experiences a delightful transition into warmer weather. Temperatures gradually rise, creating a pleasant and mild atmosphere. Daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-60s to the low 80s Fahrenheit (about 18-27 degrees Celsius), offering residents and visitors the perfect conditions to explore the iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods.
Towards the middle of the month, a brief warming trend is predicted, with temperatures peaking in the mid-80s (around 29 degrees Celsius). However, evenings remain comfortably cool. LETTER OF INVITATION
The Meeting Organizer will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is to help the participants to raise travel funds and visa purposes. It has no further financial obligations from the Meeting towards the participant. The Meeting Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment.

The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Meeting Secretariat assumes any liability.
Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
